Tara Houglum and Josh Kern
Tara Houglum and Josh Kern, Greenbush, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Rick and Raynita Houglum, International Falls. The groom-elect is the son of Larry and Shelly Kern, Greenbush. Tara is a graduate of Falls High School and Bemidji State University. She is employed as a high school math teacher at Greenbush-Middle River High School. Josh is a graduate of Greenbush-Middle River High School and is employed as a maintenance mechanic at Polaris Industries, Roseau. A 2 p.m. Saturday, June 28, 2014, wedding ceremony at St. Thomas Catholic Church, International Falls, is planned by the couple.
