Mindy Jo Holmestad and Gary Joseph O’Brien were united in marriage Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Grand Rapids.
Fr. Jerry Weiss performed the ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Pat and Debbie Harris and Wayne and Margaret Holmestad.
The groom’s parents are Dan and Penny O’Brien.
A reception took place at Timberlake Lodge, Grand Rapids.
Mindy is residential program director for North Homes Children & Family Services and Gary is a police officer for the City of Grand Rapids Police Department.
Following a wedding trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple is at home in Cohassest.
