Annie Schafter and Donald Lepper, both of Superior, Wis., were married Sept. 13, 2008 aboard the Vista Star on Lake Superior.
Her parents are Patty and Jim Schafter of Superior and his parents are Dee Dee and Richard Thompson of International Falls.
The bride chose her sister Mary Schafter as maid of honor. The groom chose his brother Garet Porter as best man.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Superior High School, and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Superior in 2002 with a bachelor of science degree in marketing. She works at Superior Choice Credit Union as marketing director.
The groom is a 1993 graduate of Falls High School. He graduated from University Wisconsin Superior with a degree in elementary education. He is employed at Northwest Counseling and Guidance Clinic as a group facilitator.
