The School Board of Ind. School District #362, Littlefork Minnesota, will receive bids until 12:00 noon on Tuesday, June 19, 2012, for the contract period of July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013.

LIQUID PROPANE GAS

    Ind. School District #362, Littlefork-Big Falls, will receive sealed bids for             liquid propane gas and related service requirements in accordance             with the specifications.

DIESEL FUEL

    Ind. School District #362, Littlefork-Big Falls, will receive bids for diesel             fuel for the 2012-2013 school year.

BREAD

    1,500 more or less, one and one-half pound loaves of sliced white             bread and other related bread products, in accordance with the             specifications. Bid Period July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013

Sealed bids will be received until 12:00 noon on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 and acted upon at the regular school board meeting in June, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. No change can be made in any bid except in the manner provided by law, and no bid may be withdrawn for 30 days without consent of the school board.

All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond in the amount given in the specifications.

An affidavit of non-collusion is required of each bidder.

The school district reserves the right to accept, reject, or waive any informality of any bid and to make an award which is deemed most favorable and advantageous to the school district. All bids are sealed bids and are to be marked and submitted in accordance with the specifications.
