Edith S. Jones, 100 years and 3 1/2 months, passed away Friday, Nov. 16, 2012.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Erick and Signe Wick; her husband of 72 years, Bernard J.; sisters, Blanche Henrich, Mitchell, S.D., and Ann Promersberger, Fargo, N.D.; brothers-in-law, Joe, Terry, and Vernon Jones; sister-in-law, Patricia Corrin and husband John, all of International Falls, Minn.; and son-in-law, Ben Bayless, Mendota Heights, Minn.

She is survived by her son, Michael (Barbara) Jones, Rosemount, Minn.; daughter, Beverly Culligan Bayless, Mendota Heights, Minn.; sister, Mildred Gorden, Big Falls, Minn.; sister-in-law, Kathleen Fogarty, Cottage Grove, Minn.; grandchildren, Kevin Culligan, Burke, Va., and Mary Culligan (James) Thacker, Ft. Worth, Texas; step grandchildren, Brad (Sharon) Bayless, Denver, Colo., Michael (Debra), St. Paul, Minn., and Sally (Lee) Blankenship, Jacksonville, Fla.; nine great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Private family interment.

A memorial gathering will take place in the spring to celebrate her long 100 years plus of life.
