Jonathan Earl Stevenson, 42, of International Falls, Minn., died Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014 at Kabetogama, Minn.
Jonathan was born Oct. 1, 1971 in International Falls. He moved to Janesville, Wisc. in 1985 and returned to the Falls in 1989. He attended school in Janesville and International Falls.
He loved fishing, hunting and being out in the woods. He was a carpenter for Up North Builders, drove for Hughes Trucking and worked several years at Green Forest Inc, in Littlefork, Minn.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and wife; Loretta Morrison.
Jonathan is survived by his mother, Linda Stevenson and step-father Gene Bostian of Janesville WI.; father, Donald Stevenson and step-mother Gail Sonsteng of International Falls; daughter, Kylee Wodell-Stevenson of Calgary, Alberta; step-daughters, Joanie Morrison; grandson, Tristyn Morrison; girlfriend Kara Richardsl; step-children, Layla, Janis, Wally, Joanna, and Elizabeth; sisters, Tia Stevenson of Colorado, Mathilda Stevenson of New York and Devon Stevenson of Colorado as well as numerous aunts uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. today at Green-Larsen Mortuary.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 27 at Zion Lutheran Church.
