Molly Jeanne Lilja, 36, of International Falls, Minn., died Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019, at the Good Samaritan Society-International Falls.
Molly was born July 31, 1983, in Washington, D.C. As an infant, she moved to Pittsburg, Pa., in 1984, and later moved to International Falls in 1994, were she had lived since.
Molly loved music, going to sing-a-longs, and partaking in the activities at the care center.
Everyone who met Molly loved her.
She was a joyful person and had a beautiful smile and the best giggle.
She was preceded in death by her father, David Lilja; and a brother, Michael Lilja.
Molly is survived by her mother, Judith Lilja of International Falls; sisters, Kristine (Von) Morgan, Katie (Stan) Schrock, Cheryl (Bart) Roberts, Judy Lilja and Sarah (Tim) Boutilier; brothers, Paul Lilja, David (Liz) Lilja, Ralph Lilja, Graham (Caryn) Lilja and Gabriel (Jennifer) Lilja; and special friends — Stacey, Jennifer, Kayla, Jackie and her “bestie,” Jen.
A “Going Home” Celebration will be conducted from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, at the Mark Jerstad Fellowship Hall at Good Samaritan Society-International Falls.
