Patricia Sue Hynes, 83, of International Falls, Minn., and formerly of Duluth, Minn., died Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at her home in International Falls.
Patricia was born May 7, 1936, in Duluth to parents George and Blanche Archambault, the third child of 10.
She graduated from Central High School in Duluth and later graduated from the St. Scholastica College of Nursing Program with a registered nurse degree. She was a nurse for most of her life.
She later moved to International Falls in 2016 where she had lived since.
She was first married to Ronald Day and was later united in marriage to James W. Hynes.
Patricia was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and soon to be a great-great-grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husbands; parents; daughters, Kathleen Hemphill, Carol Leimersten and Pamela Sue Hynes; brothers, Gary Archambault and Jerry Archambault; sisters, Joan Aubot, Bonnie Zinsmaster, Charlotte Archambault and Sharon Ann Archambault; brother-in-law, Phillip Zinsmaster; great-grandson, Colen Silvers-Cox; grandson, David Jay Morton Jr.; niece, Nicole Hare; and nephews, Derrick Archambault and Adam Archambault.
Patricia is survived by her daughters, Kim Silvers, Deborah Robinson and Sharon Morton; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild due in December; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held later in August in Duluth.
