Pierre “Peter” Phillip Dumais, 69, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2018, at Virginia, Minn.
He was born Feb. 2, 1949, at International Falls, Minn.
He graduated from Falls High School in 1967.
He was employed with Boise Cascade until his illness.
After being diagnosed with a mental illness, he spent most of his life in hospitals.
In his younger days he enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pierre (Pete) and Adeline (Kjelaas) Dumais; brother, John; and nephew, Thomas Black.
Survivors include daughters, Debra Lepper and Patricia (Jeff) Hausman and families; sisters, Veronica Plapp of Arizona and Cindy Black of International Falls; grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 24, at Forest Hill Cemetery.
