Shawn Michael Graves, 50, of Nevada, Mo., passed away unexpectedly at his home Sunday, May 26, 2019.
Shawn was born March 4, 1969, to RaeLene (Servis) Graves and Darrell Graves.
Shawn graduated from Falls Senior High School in 1987. He studied at Range Tech College and obtained a degree in automated control technology.
He worked as an advanced control specialist at 3M for over 20 years. Even though he lived in Missouri, his heart was always in Minnesota.
He was a big Minnesota Viking and Wild fan. He liked to hunt and fish but his favorite fishing time of all was when he went fishing with his little sister at Tilson Creek.
His wishes have always been to have his ashes to be spread at Tilson Creek where Missy and him used to spend their special time together.
Shawn is survived by his parents, RaeLene (Servis) Graves and Darrell Graves; daughter, Kaysha Graves; sister, Missy Graves; grandson, Jimi Molskness; and nephew, Brady Andersen.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Dolores M. Servis.
A Celebration of Life is planned for 1 p.m. Saturday, June 15, at the VFW.
