Funeral services for Robert E. Trompeter, 88, of Ranier, who passed away Friday, Aug. 29, 2014, were conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 5, at Zion Lutheran Church, with flag presentation.

Officiating was the Rev. Stephen Olsen.

Music was by Joe Belanger.

Interment is in the American Legion section of Forest Hill Cemetery.

Arrangements were with Green-Larsen Mortuary Inc., International Falls.
