Public Notice ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 2015 Pavement Rehabilitation Falls International Airport City of International Falls, Minnesota A.I.P. 3-27-0043-28-15 S.P. No. A3601-99 SEH No. INTER 132025 Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids will be received by the City of International Falls, Minnesota until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at the International Falls City Hall Council Chambers at 600 4th St., International Falls, MN, 56649 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the 2015 Pavement Rehabilitation. Major components of the Work include: crack sealing and full depth crack repair. Bids shall be on the form provided for that purpose and according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH ) dated May 2015. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3.
