Public Notice NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Date: June 30, 2015 YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT: 1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated September 21, 2009, executed by Eric Kasper and Valerie Kasper, husband and wife, as Mortgagors, to TruStar Federal Credit Union, as Mortgagee, and filed for record on September 25, 2009 as Document No. 266866 in the office of the County Recorder of Koochiching County, Minnesota, as extended and modified of record. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land. This Mortgage was modified by a Modification of Mortgage dated August 18, 2014, executed by Eric Kasper, a single person, and TruStar Federal Credit Union, and filed for record on March 16, 2015 as Document No. 282371 in the office of the County Recorder of Koochiching County, Minnesota. 2. Valerie A. Kasper has been released from financial obligation on the Mortgage as modified. 3. The Mortgage has been assigned as follows: N/A 4.
