Public Notice NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Date: March 6, 2019 YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT: 1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated October 7, 2013, executed by Catherine M. Dilly and Delbert J. Dilly, wife and husband, as Mortgagors, to TruStar Federal Credit Union, as Mortgagee, and filed for record on October 14, 2013 as Document No. 278992 in the office of the County Recorder of Koochiching County, Minnesota, as extended and modified of record. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land. 2. The Mortgage has been assigned as follows: N/A 3. The original or maximum principal amount secured by the Mortgage was: $25,200.00. 4. No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof. 5.
