Public Notice NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT FOR DEED YOU ARE NOTIFIED: November 18, 2015 1.Default has occurred in the Contract for Deed ("Contract") dated November 17, 2014, and filed for record December 23, 2014, as Instrument No. A000281865, in the office of the County Recorder of Koochiching County, Minnesota; in which Natural Land LLC as Seller, sold to Robert Coffey, as Purchaser, the real property in Koochiching County, Minnesota, described as follows: The East 330 feet of the West 1650 feet of the N1/2 of the NW1/4, Section 8, Township 159, Range 25 West; and The East 330 feet of the West 1980 feet of the N1/2 of the NW1/4, Section 8, Township 159, Range 25 West Parcel ID Nos. 50-008-21500 and 50-008-21600 (for informational purposes only) 2.The defaults are as follows: (a)Purchaser has failed to make the monthly payments of $209.89 each, due February 1, 2015, thru November 1, 2015; (b)Purchaser has failed to pay monthly late fees of $8.39 each, due February 16, 2015, thru November 16, 2015; (c)Purchaser has failed to pay to real estate taxes and accrued penalty in the amount of $96.32. 3.(paragraph 3. not applicable) 4.The conditions contained in Minnesota Statutes 559.209 have been complied with or are not applicable. 5.THIS NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU THAT BY THIS NOTICE THE SELLER HAS BEGUN PROCEEDINGS UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 559.21, TO TERMINATE YOUR CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF YOUR PROPERTY FOR THE REASONS SPECIFIED IN THIS NOTICE.
