Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated September 27, 2010, executed by Ruth Lattu, a single person, as Mortgagor, to Joseph Meyer, as Mortgagee, and filed for record on August 22, 2014 as Document No A000281048 in the office of the County Recorder of Koochiching County, Minnesota. 2. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land. 3. The Mortgage has been assigned as follows: N/A 4. The original or maximum principal amount secured by the Mortgage, was: $25,000.00. 5.
