If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. This action involves, affects, or brings into question real property situated in the county of Koochiching and State of Minnesota described as follows: LEGAL DESCRIPTION That part of the North Half (N1/2), Section Thirty-four (34), Township One Hundred Fifty-one (151), Range Twenty-nine (29), described as follows: Beginning 600 feet North of the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter , thence West a distance of 100 feet; thence approximately 480 feet North on a line parallel with and approximately 100 feet west of the forty line between the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter to the right of way of Highway 71 (as situated in 1979), thence Northeasterly along the US Highway 71 right of way a distance of approximately 820 feet, thence South a distance of approximately 910 feet; thence West a distance of 600 feet; to the point of beginning; AND That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW1/4 of NE1/4). Section Thirty-four (34). Range One hundred Fifty-one (151), Township Twenty-nine (29), lying South and East of Highway 71. LESS That parcel conveyed to the State of Minnesota by Warranty Deed dated August 21, 1987 and recorded September 8, 1987 by Document No. 183052, AND LESS That parcel taken by the State of Minnesota by Final Certificate dated July 7, 1988 and recorded August 4, 1988 by Document No. 185816. Koochiching County, Minnesota. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the object of this action is to obtain a judgment declaring that Plaintiffs are the owners in fee of the property described above and that the defendants and each of them have no right, title, estate, interest, or lien in or upon the said real estate. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that no personal claim is made by plaintiffs against any of the defendants.
