2011 co-champion Richard Rud and his teammate Leroy Wilson race across Sand Bay Thursday morning during the opening day of the 2013 Fort Frances Canadian Bass Championship. The International Falls team finished the tournament in 26th place in Division II after catching 13.04 pounds of bass on Saturday.
