Jeff Tilbury triathlon run

Jeff Tilbury (59) exits City Beach to begin the 5-kilometer run in Saturday’s Backus Rainy Lake Triathlon. Tilbury, 46, of Fort Frances, finished third overall in 1 hour, 4 minutes, 30 seconds.
