Kayak tour
Cody Kelly gives 8th District Congressman Rick Nolan a kayak tour of Cherrie and Jesse Belanger’s home on the Rainy and Little Fork rivers near Pelland Junction earlier this week. Although Jesse is still at the house to monitor rising water levels, Cherrie and two of the couple’s children left the residence last weekend.
