Benjamin Brent Lutgen, 24, of International Falls, Minn., passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at home.
He was born Dec. 31, 1988, in International Falls.
Benjamin was known for being a wonderful son and brother. He was his mother’s whole world and she will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandmas, Alice Benedix, Thelma Darkow and Rachel Lutgen; and grandpa, Gary White.
Benjamin is survived by his parents, Bruce Jr. and Deborah Lutgen of International Falls; brothers, Bruce B. Lutgen III (Buddy) of International Falls, Bryan B. (Sarah) Lutgen (BoBo) of Whapeton, N.D., and Brandon J. (Brit) Unruh; sister, Ashley Darkow; grandparents, Betty White, Bruce Lutgen Sr., John (Joan) Benedix and Loretta (Axel Sr.) Holmes; four nieces; one nephew; and numerous aunties, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service was conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 27, at First Assembly of God Church, with fellowship following at 2110 Third Ave. W., International Falls.
