Edna Arline Johnson, 89, of International Falls, Minn., died Friday, March 30, 2012, at Littlefork Care Center, Littlefork, Minn.
Edna was born Dec. 2, 1922, in Wildwood Township, Northome, Minn.
She married Ernest M. Johnson on June 20, 1945.
She was a homemaker, enjoyed reading, knitting, quilting, and loved listening to country music.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Agnes Johnson; husband, Ernest; infant son, Kenneth Johnson; brothers, Harry, Thomas, Richard and Bruce Johnson; and sister, Ione Hughes.
Edna is survived by sons, Arthur (Joan) and Steven (Peggy) Johnson; daughters, Avis (David) Crosby, Betty (Roy) Lambert, Louise (Jim) Christie and Lucille (Willie) Miller; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the 11 a.m. funeral service Friday, April 6, at Green-Larsen Mortuary.
Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery.
