Eileen (“KY”) Holenko, 78, of International Falls, Minn, died Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at the Ranier Roost, Ranier, Minn.
Eileen was born April 27, 1934, to George Kyryluk and Aksenia Penteliuk.
She graduated from Falls High School in 1952.
She married Peter Holenko on Oct. 27, 1956, and had four children, Sue, Greg, Tony and Ann.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; eldest son, Greg; and grandson, Noah.
She is survived by her brother, Bill Kyryluk; daughters, Sue of St. Paul, Minn., and Ann (Walt Whitbeck) of International Falls; son, Tony (Angie) of International Falls; four grandchildren, Cassaundra, Jami, Jerrad and Evan; three great-grandchildren, Aiden, Phoebe and Kobe; many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
Memorials in her name are preferred to the American Cancer Society, Borderland Humane Society and the Food Shelf.
