Francis Earl Blesi, 66, died Monday, Nov. 12, 2012 at the Ranier Roost, Ranier, Minn.
Francis was born Jan. 24, 1946, in International Falls, Minn.
He worked on the railroad, enjoyed logging, and going to the VFW and Border Bar.
He enjoyed helping all, even babysitting.
He loved fishing, hunting, trapping with his father, and snowmobiling.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Margaret Blesi; a brother, Randy Blesi; and special aunt, Betty McGregor.
Francis is survived by his son, Robert Indian of Canada; brother, Darrell Blesi; sister, Marilyne Blesi; three nephews, Mike, Zach and Ronald; one niece, Shanda Jo; stepchildren, Sherwin (Heidi) Taylor, April Taylor, LaVerna (George) Aurand and Lorraine (Sam) Slifer; step grandchildren, Desaray Youngs, Amber Zoupas and five others; and special friend, Alice J. Patch.
Memorial services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, at Zion Lutheran Church.
