Kris Hilliard and Mandy Norten are all dressed up in their finest for a very special night — the PALS Prom held at the Elks Lodge May 8. The event included dancing, a solo of “Amazing Grace” by Emerald Jones, and food. PALS, People-Able-Learning-Social group, is directed by JoAnn Bokovoy.
