A celebration of life for family and friends will be conducted from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, at Ranier Community Building, for Jon “Joni” Valerie Fraik Niemi Larson, 61, of International Falls, who died Saturday, Aug. 18, at her home.
