Kathleen Ann Carlson, 69, of International Falls, Minn., died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, at Rainy Lake Medical Center.
Kathleen was born Oct. 11, 1943, at Belle Plaine, Minn. She grew up in Minneapolis, Minn., and moved to International Falls in 1975 where she lived since.
The former Kathleen Moriarity married Roger Carlson on May 27, 1960, in Minneapolis.
She was a homemaker, enjoyed playing piano and doing crafts, crocheting and gardening.
Her family was her main focus of her life, and doing for others.
She enjoyed serving God the best she knew how.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Regina Moriarity; husband, Roger Carlson in 2007; and grandson, Aaron Stevenson.
Kathleen is survived by her daughters, Roseanne Carlson of International Falls and Susan Moriarity of Duluth, Minn.; grandsons, Isaac Stevenson, Eric Stevenson, Zachary Morin and Shane Morin; great-grandson, Rodger; brothers, Michael, Kenneth and Patrick Moriarity; and sisters, Suzanne Moriarity and Miri Moriah.
There will be no public services.
