Kristelle Lynn “Peanut” Werdier, 5, also known as “Baby,” died in a tragic accident Wednesday, July 11, 2012, in International Falls, Minn.
Kristelle was born July 19, 2006, in International Falls to Eric and Nikki Werdier.
She attended Falls Elementary School and was a member of the Christian Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
She loved drawing, swimming, and playing outdoors.
Our little Peanut was adventurous, energetic and climbed like a monkey. She was so caring and loved all of God’s beautiful creation.
Kristelle was a ray of sunshine to all who met her and she enjoyed talking about the things she learned from the Bible.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Mary Valentine and her cousin, Elliot Whiteford.
She is survived by her parents, Eric and Nikki, sister, Elayna, and brother, Ashton, all of International Falls; maternal grandparents, John and Jackie Valentine of Duluth; paternal grandparents, Paul Sr. and Billie Werdier of Ray, Minn.; paternal great-grandmother, Phyllis Werdier of Aurora, Minn.; uncles and aunts, Jeff (Sally) Valentine, Randy Valentine and Brent (Sue) Valentine, all of Duluth, Paul Jr. (Stephanie) Werdier and Euphemia (Ed) Whiteford of International Falls; special family “Papa” Kim, Janie and Brittany Brown; Uncle Cassidy and Auntie Mandy Thornberg; also, numerous cousins, family and friends.
A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 22, at Backus Auditorium, 900 Fifth St., International Falls.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
