Linda Ann Davison, 62, of International Falls, Minn., passed away Saturday, May 26, 2012, at Rainy Lake Medical Center hospital campus, surrounded by her loving family.

Linda was born April 22, 1950, in Littlefork, Minn.

She worked at Boise Cascade in the lab, beater room and scale shack over the last 24 years.

For 10 years, she worked at the Eveleth Fitzgerald Hospital, Virginia’s Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Associates and St. Michael’s Nursing Home as a licensed practical nurse. She began her nursing career as an LPN at Falls Memorial Hospital.

Linda enjoyed fishing during summer and winter months, spending time at the hunting shack and hunting, spending time with friends and family, gardening flowers and tomatoes, going to garage sales and auctions, antiquing for enamelware and corningware, and knitting and crocheting.

She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandson, playing cribbage, four-wheeling, solving Sudoku puzzles, playing computer games, and cookouts.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Davison.

Linda is survived by her mother, Marguerite Davison; ex-husband and friend, Clinton Nelson; daughter, Lisa Marie (Todd) Rosati; grandchildren, Melinda and Anthony; great-grandson, Alec Brice; brothers, Larry Davison of St. Cloud, Minn., and Don (Ivy) Davison of Grand Marais, Minn.

Memorial services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 31, at Faith United Church of Christ.

The family would prefer memorials to Koochiching County Relay for Life or Faith United Church Memorial Fund.
