Margaret Ann Johnson, 74, of International Falls, Minn., passed away at her home Wednesday, May 16, 2012, surrounded by her family.
Margaret was born July 16, 1937, in Larimore, N.D.
The former Margaret Ann Miller married William R. “Bill” Johnson Sr., on Nov. 3, 1956.
She was a homemaker and was a self-employed housekeeper.
She enjoyed cooking and baking for family and friends, spending time at the cabin with family, and making holidays memorable for her family and friends, especially her beloved granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Johnson Sr.; infant daughter; parents, Hugh and Hazel Miller; and sister, Rosie Koski.
Margaret is survived by her son, William R. “Bill” (Barb) Johnson Jr.; daughter, Lisa (Wade) Roseth; granddaughters, Bianca Johnson, Blair Johnson and Alexis Roseth; brother, Hugh Miller Jr.; and sisters, Betty Steinbach, Evelyn (Elhue) Castle and Caroline (Lyle) Klemetsen; and brother-in-law, Roy Koski.
Memorials in Margaret’s memory are preferred to North Star Hospice.
Per Margaret’s wishes, a private family service will take place.
