Patricia D. Dandeneau, age 73, formerly of International Falls, Minn., and Fort Frances, Ontario, after a long and arduous battle with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, passed away Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at St. Therese Care Center, New Hope, Minn.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bert; and mother, Sophie Chornopski.
She is survived by children, Mark (Kasia) of Oregon, Elaine (Bill) Zbaracki of Minnesota, Chris of Michigan and Janet of Oregon; grandchildren, Grant Dandeneau, Matthew Zbaracki, Karielle Zbaracki, Kyle Sitarski, Keigan Dandeneau, Kinley Dandeneau and Annika Dandeneau; brother, Ralph (Evelyn) Chornopski of Thunder Bay, Ontario; nieces and nephews; and other family and friends.
Mass of Christian burial is planned for the spring of 2013 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 209 Victoria Ave., Fort Frances.
Private interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
