Robert “Makwa” W. Jamison, 61, of International Falls, Minn., died Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012, at his home.
Robert was born in Highland, Ind., on July 1, 1951.
He married May Big George on Oct. 17, 1977.
Robert was self-employed.
He enjoyed antiquing and loved fishing, hunting, and spending holidays with family. He also really enjoyed visiting with friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Sr. and Velma Jamison; and step children, Christopher Big George and Valerie Kelly.
Robert is survived by his wife, May Jamison; sons, Aaron Morrison, Barry and Darryl Big George; daughters, Elaine Jourdain, Marietta Jourdain, Roseanne Morrison and Rhonda Big George; 26 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Diane Natale; and niece, Shelley Lynn Hill.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, at Green-Larsen Mortuary, International Falls.
