Roger Ivan Crawford passed away Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at Good Samaritan Society-International Falls.
Roger was born Aug. 10, 1941.
He was raised in Loman, Minn., and graduated from Indus High School in 1959.
After graduation, he joined the United States Air Force where he served as an air policeman in Minot, N.D., and Bien Hoa Airbase, Saigon, Vietnam. He was honorably discharged from the Air Force in 1962.
He began his 40-year career as a papermaker for Boise Cascade, retiring in 2004.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents; Ivan and Patricia; and his siblings, Linda, Terry and Stephen.
Roger is survived by his wife of 47 years, Margie (Smith) Crawford; his daughter, Tammy Jo Crawford-Braaten (Darin); and grandchildren, Taylor Jade, Wyatt and Taryn Liberty.
Roger’s wishes were to have a Celebration which will be conducted from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at the Philosopher’s Club.
