Ronald McDonald pretends to cut a child’s hair using the large ribbon-cutting scissors at the play place Tuesday afternoon during his visit to the International Falls McDonald’s play place. McDonald visited the restaurant as part of its grand re-opening after a major remodeling and expansion project. Several children smiled and laughed as the character performed magic tricks and told jokes.
