Three cousins each shot a spike deer within one hour of each other on the second day of deer season. Between 7:45 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., Nick Anderson, 12, McKenzie Swenson, 10, and Aaron Anderson, 19, each bagged a spike deer near Littlefork. This was the first ever deer for Nick and McKenzie. Aaron bagged his deer first while his brother Nick shot his deer not too long after, while hunting with his father Jon Anderson. McKenzie hunted with her grandfather Joe Anderson.
