Wendy Jean Spruyt (nee Espe), 46, passed away Monday, Oct. 12, 2009.
Wendy was born July 13, 1963. She attended school in International Falls, Minn., and worked for Harrington Bank in Overland Park.
Survivors include a son, Cody James Spruyt; parents, Leon and Nancy Espe; two brothers, David (Debbie) and Richard Espe; two sisters, Jacquline (Chris) Cottrell and Susan (Michael) Cloutier.
Memorial services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons Overland Park Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Feed the Children.
