The Nutrition Today class at Falls High School, Marva Fairchild instructor, recently staged a Chili Cook-Off competition. Each of the six different food lab groups researched and selected their chili recipes with care, and each pot of chili was judged by 19 local judges. It was reported the judges had a difficult responsibility, as each of the pots of chili was quite unique and delicious. The FACS classes extended their appreciation to community members who took their time to help judge their chili.
