Koochiching County commissioners Tuesday are expected to discuss with department heads the 2013 budget and consider a review of the state’s wetland rules.
An agenda is considered tentative until the government body begins the meeting and makes additions or deletions to the proposed agenda.
The county board meeting is scheduled to begin at 9:50 a.m. Tuesday in the courthouse boardroom. The regular meeting will follow a meeting of the Koochiching Development Authority Board meeting, which starts at 9:30 a.m. in the same location.
The board will meet in committee at 10:30 a.m. to discuss with staff the review of the wetlands rules and then at 11:10 a.m. to consider the 2013 budget.
In regular session, the board will consider the proposed 1.5 percent increase over this year for the 2013 levy and consider 2013 tax levies for fire service taxing districts and subordinate service taxing districts.
