Fourth time appears to be a charm for owners of No Place Like Home Again, as they settle into a permanent location at 400 11th Street.
Jodi Mann, who owns the business with Clarice Thompson, Ariel Hultman and Diane Halvorson, was all smiles last week as customers looked around the antique and gift shop now located in the former Jerry’s Service Center.
“It’s wonderful,” Mann said. “We finally own a building and we are so happy with this location.”
This is the fourth time the business has moved in the last decade, but the first time it has moved to a location that isn’t a rental space.
And on top of investing in a vacant building, the owners have also renovated the nearly 7,000-square foot interior with more projects in the works.
“With this location, we’ll be able to take bigger items,” Mann said. “Here, it’s also handicap accessible on the main floor.”
The business is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and will host a grand re-opening June 7-8.
