Despite extreme winter weather, several families traveled snow-covered roads to attend the Ranier Rec Club’s annual children’s Christmas party Saturday. Sloughgrass entertained the crowd with their bluegrass music and Santa and Mrs. Claus greeted youngsters in an afternoon club members say they were pleased with.
