AARP Ice Box of the Nation Chapter met at 1 p.m. Jan. 13 at Koochiching County Senior Center.
Tom Wagner, president, conducted the informal meeting. Minutes and the treasurer’s report were approved. No dues are collected and all interested persons are welcome.
2010 officers were installed: president, Tom Wagner; vice president, Phyllis Wallen; Florence Strukel, treasurer; Chrystal Clance, secretary and publicity; Shirley Wagner, membership; Charlotte Saari, sunshine committee.
Lil Koranda chose not to run for secretary-treasurer and was thanked for her good service.
Possible topics for programs were discussed. Refreshments were served by Strukel and Saari.
The next meeting will be at 1 p.m. Feb. 10 at Koochiching County Senior Center.
