Teen gaming
In observance of Teen Read Week and MEA weekend, International Falls Public Library will make its games and gaming equipment available for teens in grades 7 and above from 2 to 6 p.m. Thursday. Pizza and pop will be provided.
Ski trail clean-up
Polar Polers Ski Club will gather for clean-up work days at 9 a.m. Oct. 20 and 27 at the Tilson Ski Trail Trailhead. Bring own lunch, tools and 4-wheelers.
Bronco football parents night
Bronco football team parents will be honored during today’s game. The public is encouraged to arrive early for the tailgate party and recognize the contributions of the senior players/parents as they are introduced at 6:45 p.m. All Bronco football players, cheerleaders and managers parents will be admitted free of charge to the game and are also welcome to a post-game celebration at Falls High School cafeteria.
Quilt guild
Whispering Pines Quilt Guild will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Family Life Center of Evangelical Covenant Church. Quilters are reminded to wear a nametag, bring a fat quarter of orange or black fabric for the drawing and seven 5-inch squares of orange or black fabric if they wish to play the Left, Right, Center game. Show and Tell items are welcome. Quilters of any level of experience are welcome.
Harvest supper
The Women of the Moose Annual Harvest Supper is planned for 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday in the clubrooms. Turkey and all the trimmings will be served. No reservations are necessary.
Family gaming
International Falls Public Library games and gaming equipment will be available from 10 a.m. to noon Friday for families. Those who can’t get away on the weekend are welcome to spend time together at the library.
