Women of the Moose
The Women of the Moose will meet at 7 p.m. today in the clubrooms.
Halloween party
A Kids’ Halloween Party is planned for 6 p.m. Friday at the Moose Lodge. Games and treats will be featured and lunch served.
Writers’ group
The International Falls Public Library Writers’ Group will meet at 6:30 p.m. today at the library. The public is welcome to join in for a time of encouragement and sharing. Writers of all levels, ages and skills are welcome.
Book club
Rainy River Book Club will meet at noon Saturday at Lenard’s. Book for discussion is “Lord of the Flies,” by William Golding.
Turkey Bingo
Littlefork American Legion Post 490 will sponsor a Turkey Bingo at 6 p.m. Saturday at Littlefork Community Building. Proceeds go to scholarships and Legion activities. Lunch will be served at 6 by the VFW Auxiliary. Sloppy joes, chips, pickles, coffee, pop and bars for $6 for adults, and $3 for children 5 and under.
Caregivers group
Sharing and Caring ... A Time for Caregivers group will meet at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the Fireside Room at Faith United Church, 1001 Fifth St. For information, call Leslee Loop, caregiver consultant, at 283-7030.
