President Beverly Beck presided at the March 1 meeting of the Rainy Lake Medical Center Auxiliary. She led in the prayer for hospital auxiliaries.
Kelly Franz, hospital liaison, reported on the open house for the newly remodeled Therapy and Wellness Center. More than 100 people toured the facility.
A Super Bowl event will take place March 17 at the hospital. Proceeds from the competition will be donated to the Food Shelf.
The auxiliary’s annual fundraiser Sloppy Joe Feed is set for March 31 with “chefs” Sonia Wegge and Carolyn MacDougal in charge.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the auxiliary will be at 10 a.m. April 5 at the hospital.
