Sara Wendt and Kristi Kennedy were selected to co-chair the next Littlefork-Big Falls All School Reunion scheduled for June 2020 at the post reunion meeting July 24. Both have past committee experience and have a lot of support from the 2015 committee members.

At this meeting, Dale Peterson, budget and finance chair, presented detailed financial reports that revealed a successful reunion with a net gain of $3,663. For 2015, $14,378 was expended to put on this celebration.

More than 500 photo prints were reviewed and a committee will select which ones will be placed on poster board and laminated for future reunions. The committee thanked Sharon Kidwell for her hard work in performing this task over the course of the reunion.

A sketch plan for the development of the Littlefork Community Center Special Events Area and Park was reviewed and discussed. It was determined that such a development would enhance future reunions and therefore the committee donated $2,500 to the city for this project.

A file for 2020 was made with notes that would help improve the next reunion celebration. Anyone with suggestions for the next reunion should forward them to P.O. Box 293 while they are still fresh in people’s minds.

Nadine Breeton, chair of the Registration Committee, gave a report on revenue and expense that was attributed to the sale of memorabilia.

John Polkinghorne will follow up with the city council concerning future sponsorship for the reunion since we are not a 501(3) c entity at this time.

As soon as the August bank statement is made available, a review and audit of all financial records will be made by the Finance Committee.

The Reunion Committee recognizes all those that donated funds, registered and attended the activities and those that volunteered to make this reunion a success.
