Home Stretch is an eight-hour homebuyer workshop that covers all of the essential steps that buyers should take in order to realize their dream of homeownership.
Buyers must be savvier than ever in this tight homeownership market, and Home Stretch shares insider knowledge about the homebuying process, how to avoid scams and what’s involved in being a successful owner, according to a news release.
KOOTASCA also encourages prospective borrowers work with a personal homeownership advisor to review their credit report and address any credit and debt issues before shopping for a home.
