Airman John L. Paulson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack W. Paulson of 1200 Riverside Drive, has been assigned to Westover Air Force Base, Mass., after completing Air Force basic training.

A girl was born today at Falls Memorial Hospital to Mr. and Mrs. Bill Rooker.

A boy was born Dec. 9 at Falls Memorial Hospital to Mr. and Mrs. Donald Clementson, Littlefork, 7 pounds, 8 ounces.

Mr. and Mrs. Percy Lewis were honored at a 25th wedding anniversary reception given by relatives and friends in the Birchdale church basement on Sunday afternoon.

A pink and blue shower was given to honor Mrs. Maynard Jenson at the home of Mrs. Norma Anderson.

Mrs. Roy Manley, 807 Second St., was hostess Saturday afternoon to 16 guests in honor of her granddaughter, Michelle Anne Hartje, who was celebrating her first birthday.

A boy was born yesterday to Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Walter, 517 10th St., weight, seven pounds, 7 1/2 ounces.

Mrs. Robert Cassibo, Dayton Apartments, was honored at a stork shower at the home of Mrs. Ed Cassibo, South International Falls.

A baby shower honoring Mrs. Charles Hallock was held in the parlors of the Methodist church.

Mr. and Mrs. Felix LaBlanc, Rainy Lake, announce the birth of a son today at the Northern Minnesota Hospital. He has been named James Eugene.

Mr. and Mrs. Henry Eck of this city are parents of a son born today at the Northern Minnesota Hospital. Henry Marshall Jr. are the names chosen for the child.

Mr. and Mrs. Ted Krohn (Mina Patterson), 710 Sixth St., announce the birth of a son yesterday at the Littlefork Hospital.

Mr. and Mrs. Rowland Watson (Grace Lovell) are parents of a son born yesterday at the Laurion Maternity Home. Rowland Wallace are the names chosen for the child.
