Mr. and Mrs. Joe Vohler, Holler, are parents of a son born Feb. 3 at the Laurion Maternity Home.
Wayne Jespersen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Jespersen, has been confined to his home several days due to a severe hand injury. He severed part of his thumb and hurt the muscles of his arm while working on his father's farm last Thursday.
Mrs. Otis Gordon and Mrs. Helmer Blixt entertained at a dinner party at the Gordon home complimenting six boys who have enlisted in one of the services.
Ronald D. Judd, son of Mr. and Mrs. H.C. Judd, Papermakers Colony, who enlisted in the Army Air Corps last July, received his call and will leave this evening for San Antonio, Texas, to begin training.
