Mike Ehredt and Falls cross country team

Joined by the Falls cross country team, Mike Ehredt, center, runs the first mile of his 2,100-mile trek across the country to honor fallen soldiers in August. Ehredt told the team they can accomplish anything — including winning the state cross country meet — if they set their mind to it. The girls team will get their chance to do just that today at St. Olaf College in Northfield.
