A meeting of the Rainy Lake Medical Center Auxiliary was conducted Feb. 6 with chairperson Carolyn McDougall presiding.
Hospital updates were given to volunteers present by RLMC CEO Bonnie Erickson and auxiliary liaison Mickie Olson.
The secretarial report was read by secretary Carol Lagoo. Treasurer Bev Beck gave the financial update. Volunteer coordinator Florence Hervey explained that three new volunteers have been trained since the last meeting and are on the current schedule.
Gift shop manager Helen Billig gave an update on new items arriving in the public Gift Shop, which include jewelry and handmade door chimes.
Deb Arnold and Marilyn Olson volunteered to co-chair the public sloppy joe feed planned for March 21 in the Riverbend Lounge.
The next meeting will be March 6.
